POS A.Ş., which supports nearly 70,000 POS devices and products for over 5,000 customers across more than 18,000 sales points, has transferred its entire technological infrastructure to SabancıDx’s new data center, where it will now be managed.
As part of the ‘migration’ project undertaken by SabancıDx at POS A.Ş., all infrastructure services, including physical infrastructure (physical servers), digital infrastructure (virtual servers), network and security infrastructure, backup infrastructure, and database management, were successfully transferred, set up, and reactivated, along with 24/7 monitoring services.
Production and Disaster Data Centers Activated
Within the scope of the project, disaster recovery centers were activated in two different geographical locations to ensure that POS A.Ş.’s operations continue seamlessly in the event of any disaster.
Successfully Completed Without Service Interruptions in a Short Time
The project, which was completed in just two weeks with no service interruptions, was carried out 100% by SabancıDx’s skilled engineers. With the successful completion of this project, POS A.Ş.’s entire physical and digital infrastructure began to be managed securely and comprehensively by SabancıDx. Supported by SabancıDx’s power and capacity, POS A.Ş. now provides services to its customers with a 99.99% availability rate.
