Through this Privacy Notice, within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and related legislation, we would like to inform you about your personal data processed in the capacity of "Data Controller" by Sabancı Digital Technology Services Inc. ("Company"), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under registration number 135009-0 and located at "Küçük Çamlıca Mahallesi, Kısıklı Caddesi, No. 56, Üsküdar/İSTANBUL".

In the event that you transfer personal data belonging to third parties to our Company while using our website, it is your responsibility to inform the relevant persons within the meaning of Article 10 of the Law that you will share this personal data with our Company, to provide the necessary legal basis within the meaning of Article 5 of the Law, and to obtain their explicit consent for sharing where required in this context.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data processed by us, at any time, to the addresses below, in writing in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address you have previously notified to us and registered in our system.
