It was created to establish, operate and develop a service management system based on the ISO 20000 standard so that SabancıDx can provide its domestic and foreign customers with IT services at reasonable costs in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations and based on the principle of reliability, consistency, quality and continuous improvement. The goal to be achieved in service management and requirements is customer satisfaction. To this end, inquiry and measurement methods have been put in place to determine customer satisfaction regularly after the services are provided. Adopting a customer-oriented approach, SabancıDx’s goal is to achieve the process performance goals in each service process, provide its customers with business continuity, and improve their service processes to completely fulfill the service level agreements and contracted customer conditions.
