As stated in the SabancıDx Communication Processes Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) prepared by the Data Controller Sabancı Digital Technology Services Inc. (“Company”) within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), I hereby accept and declare, of my own free will, that I give my explicit consent for my personal data processed through the Contact Forms to be processed for the purpose of conducting communication, marketing and advertising activities, and for commercial electronic messages to be sent to me by the Company for these purposes, and that I have been informed about my rights arising from the Law.
