Management Trainee Program
We launched our New Graduate Talent program DxTechway in 2023.
We carry out our evaluation processes with inventories and case studies where we can observe both technical and soft skills, especially for talents studying in the field of engineering at universities.
After our case studies, we complete our interviews, which are the last stage of the process, with the Employee Experience and Sustainability team.
We also support their development with many different training opportunities in our DxTechway talent program.
